About Scott Van Son

Scott Van Son utilizes his prior professional experience and knowledge to give his clients the highest level of customer service possible. Whether you are buying or selling a home, Scott's patience and listening ability will be necessary for a successful real estate closing. Scott was born in Huntington and lived in Lloyd Harbor until graduating from Cold Spring Harbor High School in 1989. He then graduated from the school of management at Boston University with a BS/BA in Business Administration. Scott moved to New York City where he started his family and worked for Pershing Llc. of parent Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette. After fourteen years and several corporate mergers Scott retired from The Bank of New York. He and his family moved back to Lloyd Harbor took over the family house he grew up in. His wife Bernadette works as a foreign exchange salesperson for Barclays, and now for Merrill Lynch Bank of America. Their two children currently attend Cold Spring Harbor High School. Scott is active in the community serving for two years as the PTG Treasurer at Goosehill Primary School, and is a Community Committee Member with the Cold Spring Harbor Foundation, a non-profit that benefits the local high school. His knowledge and understanding of the Huntington area combined with BHHS global marketing help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate needs.
